Avian enthusiasts can hope to spot bald eagles, snow geese, Canada geese, ivory-billed woodpeckers, and plenty of others. Black bear can even be seen within the trees! The refuge is located close to De Witt, about an hour and 45 minutes from Little Rock.

3. Graceland

There are few better-known houses than Graceland, the famed former home of Elvis Presley. This impressive Colonial Revival mansion, located in Memphis, stands as a monument to the life of Elvis, allowing visitors to tour the house and get a close look inside the world of 20th-century culture.

Visitors can tour the house, pay their respects at Elvis’s grave, and browse a range of fascinating exhibits and artifacts. There are regular events held on the grounds throughout the year, including performances from internationally renowned musical acts. 4. Bradbury Art Museum

If you’ve got a passion for the finer things in life, Bradbury Art Museum is the place to be. One of the premier art museums in the state. You’ll find this classy museum in Jonesboro, around 2 hours away from Little Rock. Opening hours are from noon to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday, and admission is free.
