Visitors can also observe wintering eagles soaring above them as they hike along the Nuttall Trail. If you’re planning on reeling in the big one, you’ll be fishing for crappie and bass. The site offers electric hookups and large sheltered picnic areas. It also has hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty.

This family-run campsite and RV park are dedicated to making sure your visit is a pleasant one. It’s easy to get to and offers both quiet campgrounds and quick access to nearby shops and restaurants

 

Burns Park

 

Burns Park features 1,700 acres of parkland, which includes two golf courses, an amusement park, sports facilities, and of course, campgrounds! It’s an all-in-one experience that allows families to enjoy the great outdoors but still have the option for indoor fun if the mood strikes. Cherokee Lakes Park

 

This campsite that is located in one of the nicest outdoor areas in Little Rock was opened in 2011. If you’re looking for a relaxing day of outdoor fun, this 170-acre habitat is worth checking out. The amenities are basic and are truly designed for those looking for an outdoor experience, disconnected from city life. Visitors will have access to full hookups, showers, and an area for dumping. There’s an office nearby that provides free Wi-Fi when needed.

 

Cabot Park

 

If a quick and inexpensive overnight getaway is in order, Cabot Park has got you covered. Park managers will help you get set up and show you all of the basic amenities available to you. Their bathrooms are notably clean and the park features a dog-friendly area and laundry facilities.
