1. You Can’t Switch Gears

This is usually caused by insufficient transmission fluid in your car. 2. You Smell Burning
You need to get over to us ASAP if you smell something burning while you’re driving. A burning smell can occur alongside numerous issues your vehicle is having. Hearing noises while you’re in neutral is a major sign that something’s going wrong with your transmission, so come by as soon as you can. This noise might mean you need new transmission fluid. However, it could also mean you need to replace part of your transmission system.
4. You Have Slipping Gears
Are your gears slipping while you’re driving? That’s no good. That’ll endanger you, and it’ll put all the other motorists at risk, too. Slipping gears makes your engine rev during a gear change, and you might feel like you’re driving over ice.
