If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere look no further than the River Market. 4. Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center

This gorgeous nature center has a strong focus on preserving nature and educating on all of its gifts bestowed upon us. The picturesque location on the river makes it the perfect place to host a variety of wildlife activities that include gazing at the migrating pelicans, being mesmerized by the water turtles, or basking in the sun and enjoying the wide range of beautiful butterflies. The main building also features an aquarium and gift shop.

5. Little Rock Film Festival

Little Rock is lucky enough to call itself home to an epic film festival. This unique event hosts an array of both international and domestic films, providing exposure to many great films that you otherwise probably wouldn’t have the chance to view. It’s turned into quite a party and now spans five days that are replete with parties, educational events, and dozens of films to enjoy.
